"A car buying experience can be very stressful, however working with Mike Kuhlmann and Plaza BMW the whole experience was very enjoyable. Mike made me feel like my needs around buying a car were his number one priority. He was very knowledgeable about the car and was able to answer any questions I had. I thought it was above and beyond that he came in on his day off so that I could take delivery of the car. My overall experience was very enjoyable.
