"My experience in purchasing my new car was awesome. I was greated very coueteously, handled with the upmost respect. The car was ready when I arrived. The sale person was very attentive eager to assist and provided his up most attention to the purchase of my new car. Due to the busy day, my sales person stayed two hours after the dealer was closed to ensure my experience was completed successfully. The finance manger was also very effiecient. This dealer ship is very customer oriented............making your experience such that you will return. I will recommend this dealership to all my friends and family. I actually purchsaed the car i retuned at another dealership whi I was not satisfied with......Plaza restored my confidence with the BWM experience. I will continue to have Plaza handle all my business. I love my new car.........It's awesome!!"-Ginger
